I enjoyed my stay very much and I would like to stay a little longer. Cusco is a lovely town, there are so many things to discover , the next time I am coming back
I need more time and I will definitely stay at Encantada hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, it really is a beautiful and serene sanctuary especially after the Inca Trail, it felt like paradise to come back here ¡ The staff were friendly and efficient, Congratulations Nicole and Marco on hirity and training such great people . They always made us feel very special , as we were the only guest. We’ll definitely come back and stay on our next visit to Cusco and also recommend it to our friends.

Tal y como el nombre del lugar lo sugiere estamos ENCANTADOS de haber conocido este interesante bien logrado y muy bien atendido lugar. Ubicado además dentro de una ciudad muy atractiva y en unos callejones que le dan una especial connotación al recinto.

Encantada is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Lovely rooms’ comfortable beds relaxing atmosphere and above all exceptional service.
The staff are so friendly helpful. I never wanted for anything.

Une excellente adresse que nous recommendons avec un personnel tres attentionne at une excellente situation geographique.
La terrasse est un super lieu pour se reposer et reprendre son souffle tout en continuant à admirer Cuzco.

Somos una familia de Barcelona (España). Hemos pasado cinco días en el hotel Encantada. Nos hemos sentido acogidos en un ambiente muy familiar. Queremos destacar el trato con todos y cada uno de los empleados (recepción, desayuno…). Todos han sido muy amables y cariñosos.
Mencionar también que las habitaciones y el hotel en general están en perfecto estado de pulcritud y limpieza.
Un consejo: No dejéis de pasar un ratito, tanto de día como de noche, en la terraza del piso superior, con unas maravillosas vistas a la ciudad del Cusco!
Han estado unos días mágicos en un entorno único.
